To secure a booking we ask for the first night's accommodation charge as a deposit
In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be refund able (minus a £20 administration charge) provided that 14 days notice is given.
If less than 7 days notice is given of a cancellation, the deposit will only be refundable if the room is re-let for the full duration of the cancelled booking. A £20 administration fee will apply to any refund.
In the event of an early departure, guest will be liable for the full amount of the cost of their stay.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance
Deposits can be made by credit or debit cards. We do not accept cheques.
Balances are to be paid upon arrival. They can be paid in cash or with credit/debit cards.
There are no additional charges for payments made by debit cards. For Visa and Mastercard payments up to the value of £150 an extra £2.50 will be charged , for payments between £150 and £300 £4.00 will be charged and for all payments over £300, £6.00 will be charged. An additional 4% will be added to payments made by AMEX cards.
Rooms are normally available after 1pm. Guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 11.00am.
The Hotel operates a strict non smoking policy inside the building. Guests who fail to adhere to it will be subject to a £50 cleaning surcharge.
We do not accept group booking such as stags or hens. If bookings of this nature are made in an underhand manner, the booking will be cancelled without refund
